Echocardiogram is a non-invasive test that uses sound waves to create moving pictures of your heart. The images show, the size, shape and valves of your heart.​​

DIABETIC SCREENING

Diabetes Screening is a quick and easy finger-stick glucose screening that measures blood sugar levels. Diabetes is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke. You must fast (no food or drink other than water) for 12 hours before your glucose screening.
